Celebrating the ITA awards
In February 2020, just before the lockdown of March, we celebrated at my Pop-Up store on Chatelain, with clients and friends, the international recognition of four of my chocolate products

In January 2020, I was again invited to introduce and pair some classic and some new chocolates at Olicatessen, which is the “home” of MINA handmade chocolates in the city.

Panagiotis Kokalas, the elected “sommelier of Brussels”, for the past five consecutive years, a Belgian- born, of Greek origin talented professional, with his colleague, Luis Pinheiro tasted some of my favorite chocolates and went on with mouth-watering and unforgettable pairings.
