Light and fine , chocolate leaves. The ‘Lasures’ , are very thin pieces of Guanaja (70%), other dark or milk chocolate. Worked like an abstract drawing on a canvas. Some painted in gold, they owe their name to the ‘lasure’ technique of painting wood, where the coating is so thin, one can see the wood underneath.
